Re: Fishing Report- June 11

Yes. I hit a good LH hatch about 10 days ago south of 90. Plenty of fish caught on dries. A very reliable source told me the night before that they were coming off on that system during the day but due to stained water fish weren't eating duns. 24 hours of clearing water was all that was needed to g...

Re: Stream Conditions

Fished south of 90 today. Stream was a bit stained, which was ideal for the bluebird day. Hit a Light Hendrickson hatch. Fish were eating emergers, cripples, and parachutes.

Re: Lanesboro Dam Work

Well put fellas. This is just another glaring example of where/how TU has their priorities out of whack.

Re: Lanesboro Dam Work

It’s 2019. I think it’s pretty clear there is no place for dams at this point. Rivers are meant to be free flowing, not hindered by an impoundment that generates a minimal amount of electricity or for tourists to look at. Tear the damn thing down.

Re: Large home and acreage for sale near Lanesboro

I'd love a house/cabin in the heart of MN Driftless, it's the nearly a million dollars part that I struggle with. And who would want to mow a lawn that big anyway, right?

One more point: 10-15% of the project was impacted? Seriously!? So, the other 85-90% is in tip top shape? I find that hard to believe.

Re: Minnesota Trout Unlimited Rush Creek Habitat Disaster

Early is am I sent an email to John Lenczewski MN TU Executive Director as well as the presidents of each chapter. It included the photos from Tom and Gary as well as those posted by Randy yesterday. I asked them: Why then is T.U. still insistent on using this type of habitat improvement on their pr...
